COVID-19 Policy

Due to the on-going Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we want to reassure all our clients that our number one priority is the health and safety of you and our team. We have implemented calculated measures to ensure all appointments you have with us, will be treated with the upmost caution and care, to ensure a safe and stress free environment for all.

Though we have always had the highest standards of hygiene and infection control, we have made the following changes, and ⁠respectfully request you to please adhere to them while in our clinic to help reduce the risk of spreading this virus.

How are we helping to keep you safe?

If you have returned from any travel interstate or overseas, please reschedule your appointments for at least 14 days after your return.
If you have any signs of a cold or flu or are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days.
Immediately upon entering our clinic please use the hand sanitiser provided before touching anything else.
You will be temperature checked on arrival.
We request you scan the Safe WA app.
Carriers of COVID-19 may not show symptoms, so due to the close proximity of our industry we will be wearing a mask when closer than 1.5m distance with you and will provide you with a mask to wear when possible.
If you need to sneeze or cough, please do it into your shoulder/elbow or tissue & dispose of it immediately then wash your hands properly.
Increased sanitisation with hospital grade products will occur regularly throughout the day, in the treatment room and common areas including door handles, eftpos machine, toilet buttons, light switches, water dispenser etc.

Social distancing. (To reduce the number of people you will have contact with)

Please do not bring others into the clinic with you where possible. (This includes children).
Maintain a 1.5 metre distance to others in the clinic where possible.
Online and telephone orders are available for product purchases.
